Inheritance Law

Inheritance is expressed in TDK Contemporary Turkish Dictionary as “Property, money or wealth, legacy, leave, and estate” to someone who died from a deceased relative. Inheritance Law is a private law that examines the death-related savings that people make in their health, and how their inheritance (heritage) will be shared among legal heirs and other heirs, and how and in what order to pay their debts, in the event of death, decision-making or decision of death.
