Health Law is a branch of law that deals with the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the patient, physician, healthcare institution and the state, and the legal issues that arise during the diagnosis and treatment of diseases by intersecting with Compensation Law, Criminal Law, Commercial Law and Administrative Law.  

As Ekin Legal Consultancy & Mediation Office, we provide legal services regarding health law, patient and physician rights, material and moral damages due to physician error (medical malpractice) and the rights of physicians working in private health institutions and disputes regarding private health institutions.
