Since its foundation, Ekin Legal Consultancy & Mediation Office has provided voluntary legal support to many important associations operating in the public interest.

The most common associations in our country as NGO structuring, in Article 2 of the Associations Law 5253, which came into force on 23.11.2004:

It has been described as “the communities of legal entities formed by at least seven natural or legal persons by constantly combining their knowledge and work, in order to achieve a specific and common purpose that is not prohibited by law, other than earning sharing.”
