Administrative Law

The subject of the Administrative Law is the public administration, that is, the administration affiliated to the state. Administrative Law is a collection of legal rules that go beyond the private law rules governing the administrative body and function. Disputes arising from administrative law are resolved not in the judicial judiciary, which is the general and common judicial system, but in the administrative judiciary, which is a separate and special judicial order. Lawsuits arising from the Administrative Law are in the jurisdiction of the Administrative Courts, the Regional Administrative Courts and the Council of State.
